"Seemore" aged 1 year

Gr. Ch. Keverstones American Dream x Cancoon Pistolera

Seemore is a very special boy, who survived against all odds. His mother went into premature labour at 58 days gestation and he was born by caesarean
section. Because he was too weak to feed from his mum, he was fed by tube for the first few days until he was strong enough to return to his mother. He was named after the vet, Pete
Seymour, who performed the
operation.

Having struggled to save his life, Seemore soon won over our hearts and from being very small, we knew that he would never leave us. His favourite antic as a kitten, was to chase vegetables, in particular, brussell sprouts, around the kitchen floor. He had a very successful kitten career, winning eight 1sts & Best of Breeds, becoming the Maine Coon Cat Club's Best Kitten and Whiskas/Cats Magazine 9th Best All-Breed Kitten 1994/95. His son, Grand Champion Keverstone Big Al and grandson, Grand Champion Keverstone Charlemagne have both been in the top ten Whiskas/Cats Magazine Kitten Competition.

Seemore went on to become a champion at straight shows, attaining this title on his first birthday. He also won Best in Show Male Adult at the 1995 Maine Coon Cat Club Show. His Grand Champion title was attained at the Supreme Show 1996, and has now retired from the show bench and lives with Lawmaine Americoon Girl (Shamu), one of our female neuters.

Seemore's children have also had show success. They include Grand Champion Keverstone Big Al, Grand Premier Keverstone Klara, Champion & Premier Keverstone Simply Red, Champion Keerstone Forever Amber, and Premier Keverstone Tasha Koonski. Amber's brother, Keverstone Solamaine Blue was awarded Best in Show Male Adult at the Maine Coon Cat Club Show 1997, his first adult show.
Solamaine's stablemate, Tasha won Overall Best Neuter at the 1999 Maine Coon Cat Club Show.

Billy was bred by Mark & Debbie Smith of Cancoon Maine Coons, near Phoenix, Arizona, USA. He was born in March 1996 and Debbie decided to keep him as a stud cat. Billy is a brown classic tabby carrying blue. He has very good classic tabby markings which he has passed to his offspring.
In the late summer of 1998, knowing that we had always admired him from afar, Debbie offered Billy to us. Billy arrived in England on October 29th 1998 and cam home from quarantine on 28th April 1999.
As you can see, Billy has a very strong, square muzzle, something which we hope he will pass on to his offspring.
Billy is very affectionate and loves attention. He talks continually and loves to sit in the run watching the birds and butterflies.
His oldest British born son, Premier Keverstone The
Barbarian, known as Arnie, was Best in Show Male
Neuter at the Maine Coon Cat Club Show 2001
